After ordering, you will be emailed (using the email address used to make payment) the ICD9.DBF and ICD9.CDX files in a file called ICD9.ZIP. Unzip this file in your "C:\Program Files\BBEAP" system folder.
To switch to using ICD9 diagnostic codes instead of DSMIV codes, go to Maintenance/Setup, and click on the option to have the EAP system use ICD-9 codes instead of the default DSMIV codes (You can switch back and forth between these two health care codes anytime). Restart system.
