Workers Compensation Rating System
This rating system's calculations have been verified
for all 50 states. It was in use for several months by Legion Insurance company for
Workers Compensation issuance until 9/11 occurred. Because of issues unrelated to
this rating system, they have since been in bankruptcy. The rates have not been
updated since.
